At just over three years old, Blueprint Localization is a relatively young player in our industry. We are an in-house team of highly-skilled Localization and Translation professionals from over 20 nationalities translating content into a growing set of languages. Given that we have nearly doubled our staff in the past year, are steadily adding more languages, and have ~30 openings, we are one of Blueprint’s fastest-growing teams and undoubtedly one of the most culturally diverse.
While much of our industry focuses on offshoring translation work, the majority of Blueprint Localization members are full-time employees working together in a collaborative office space in Bellevue, Washington. We have a handful of remote employees working in other states, though they operate according to the Pacific Northwest time zone. This, in and of itself, makes us a little unique in who we are and what we do.
Our team is dedicated to Blueprint Technology’s (n+1) philosophy. We are constantly looking for new ways to provide cutting-edge localization solutions, in addition to providing top-quality translations for both technical and creative content. A work hard/play hard culture that encourages taking risks makes this possible, whether we’re busy translating, developing new workflow optimization tools, perfecting our reporting techniques, enjoying our monthly international potlucks, or competing in our Friday gaming sessions.
